Noosa National Park - Noosa QLD
Noosa National Park encompasses the coastal headland of Noosa and surrounding areas including Lake Weyba, Peregian, and Coolum. Bordered by urban development, the park serves as an important ecological sanctuary, preserving diverse native habitats such as eucalypt forest, woodland, melaleuca wetlands, wallum heathland, and sections of vinecovered rainforest.
Project Design Brief
The Queensland State Government, as the park authority, recently completed an upgrade of existing infrastructure within Noosa National Park. This included enhancements to all walkways and pathways to ensure adequate lighting and integration with communication and security systems. Design considerations also focused on securing all service pits to prevent unauthorised access.
