Stockland Baringa Shopping Centre, Sunshine Coast, Qld

The Stockland Group recently developed a $33M shopping centre for the Aura Township development. Covering 24km², the largest planned community in Australia will include a supermarket, 13 specialty retailers, 300 car spaces and commercial offices. Future plans also include a medical centre, swimming school and pub.

Project Design Brief

A large number of utility enclosures of varying sizes were required across the site, including communications, data, lighting, power and CCTV services. For these utility enclosures, designers wanted a basic level of security to ensure the facility would be able to function without interruption.
